- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆April 08, 2019, by Stefani BaugusTermite Inspection Fee: $120.00 Repairs Cost for clearance: $2350.00 *We really should have listened to our long time friend and Realtor to NOT use this company again! *I would expect someone to be much more pleasant than how she handles her clients over the phone. *The quality of work is not great. *They used interior paint for stucco on the exterior of our home that they replaced. *They do not clean up after themselves once work is complete. *On a positive note they are on time for appointments. Once all work was complete and paid, we never even got a simple Thank You!
